Purpose

To set up a network of arts and cultural groups and bring Lancashire Arts and Cultural groups together to establish needs and methods of contact and collaboration. In addition, the PNG will develop effective representation of Arts and Culture across the sub region by developing a shared governance framework and common vision. This will be achieved by developing a communications strategy to ensure vision is shared across the sector.

We will also assess the need for, set and hold annual Arts and Culture conference.
